It’s that time of year for New Year’s Resolutions, 2010 Goal Setting and developing your budget and Business Plan. A great place to start is by asking yourself: If I were to die tomorrow what would I like to see my friends and family write on my tombstone? Or in other words: What do you want your legacy to be? Take some quiet time this New Year’s Eve and ask yourself this question and write it down. This will give you some great insight into your values, which in turn will point you toward your motivators. These things will ultimately determine the success or failure of your resolutions and goals. We’ll examine this more in my next post and take it to the next step.
